This animal is sold as represented and is free of any contagious or harmful diseases. This animal has had a minimum of two wormings and initial vaccination inoculations. Health guarantee on this animal is for a period of seven days from the date of sale. It is understood by the purchaser that the program of inoculation must be completed by the purchasers own Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the purchasers expense.

1. Provide the dog with routine veterinary care, including the administration of preventative inoculations and medications as well as any required emergency veterinary treatment if so required.

2. Provide a secure living and play area, ensure the dog is not to be tied or allowed to roam at large and is a family companion.

3. To keep the dog clean and adequately groomed such as regular trimming of nails, cleaning of teeth and ears.

4. Provide the dog with an adequate diet consisting of a quality commercial dog food.

5. Notify the Seller if you need to dispose of the dog, providing the Seller with the opportunity to either take the dog back or to assist you with the dog's placement in a new home.

6. Spay or neuter a dog that is not sold as show/breeding or otherwise prevent the dog from being bred, either by accident or design.

1. Provide the Purchaser with the CKC registration certificate, health records and a printed copy of the pedigree.

2. Deliver a dog that is healthy, free of disease, free of parasites and fully inoculated as is appropriate for the age.

3. Provide a full refund for any puppy returned within 3 days of receipt.

4. Guarantee the soundness of the temperament of each animal sold and raised in a loving, caring environment in which it has received adequate socialization and training. Any dog, having received an appropriate upbringing, that demonstrates inappropriate aggression, fear, extreme shyness or unreliability, will be accepted back by the Seller to be handled or disposed of at the Seller's discretion. The Seller will provide the Purchaser with either an appropriate replacement puppy or one-half of the original purchase price of the animal, as negotiated with the Buyer.

5. Guarantee the hips of any dog sold to be a show/breeding animal. If such an animal does not receive OFA Certification of hip x-rays taken between the ages of 24 to 36 months, the Seller will provide the Buyer with either an appropriate replacement puppy or refund one-half of the original purchase price of the animal.

6. Provide assistance in showing the dog, without handling fees, if the purchaser so desires.

1. All companion puppies sold with a CKC (Canadian Kennel Club) Registered Non-Breeding Contract.

2. The Purchaser assumes all costs relative to shipping or delivering this dog to the Purchaser.

3. It is fully understood that any expenses incurred in the caring, raising or training of this animal are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.

These terms and conditions are entered into and agreed upon by both the Purchaser and the Seller, and they acknowledge the moral and legal worth of this contract.
